Nilam Shah, of NR Holistic Therapies, is an experienced Reflexologist and a Reiki Master. She works with the holistic approach to treat using the metaphysical aspect.

She has been practicing Reflexology since 1994, Reiki since 1997 and teching Reiki since 2002. She has recently started Body massage, Indian Head massage and Aromatherapy.

Her list of qualifications include:

• Level 3 Diploma in Indian Head Massage, Body Massage and Aromatherapy.
• Reiki Levels I, II and III (Teacher/Master)
• Certificate from the Baily School of Reflexology
